Two-Way Communication

Ways that you can contact me:

1. By E-mail.  My school email is lwilliams@alpineacademy.net I check emails often during the week, but please give 1-2 school days for a reply over the weekend.  

2. Come to school.  You are welcome to come and speak with me at school.  Again, note that I cannot take time out of class to have a meeting, but you can come in before or after school and I would be happy to talk with you!  I may not be available before or after school every day, but I promise to find a time that works for both of us to meet.  Remember to follow proper procedures at the school office for visiting campus.

 

At the beginning of the school year I will be sending home an information form for you to fill out.  Please return that with the correct information and contact me if anything changes. This form will also ask your preferred method of communication.

 

Ways you can expect me to contact you:

1. Phone call.  If there is a need to communicate with you about your child, there may be a phone call.  Don’t be upset if you get a phone call from me.  Sometimes there is a problem, but sometimes it may just be to tell you something positive your child is doing.

2. Email.  If you prefer to communicate through email that is fine too.  Please give me an email that you check frequently.
